1) This machine is designed to polish the flat and large-radius surfaces of glass and other crystallized materials.
2) The maximum workpiece size the machine can handle is 1000mm x 1500mm and the thickness must be more than 3mm.
3) Because of its unique design, workpiece setup and removal are easy without resin bonding.
4) To polish the above mentioned workpieces, the unique design of the machine makes it possible to operate only with a 1200mm-diameter plate. The trajectories are the same as those of Oscar-type swings and excellent finished surface results can be obtained.
5) It has a feature that allows the polishing of only the places left out or not adequately polished in previous polishing operations.
6) Because of its unique design, the upper plate rotary shaft can be set even for zero pressure.
7) Motor used: 200v3Φ: 1.5kw with a continuously variable transmission (2 units), 750w with a continuously variable transmission (1 unit); coolant pump: 200w (1 unit), 40w (1 unit)
8) It is equipped with a timer-based automatic shutoff device.
9) The coolant tank is made of stainless steel, and the pump is specially manufactured to withstand long-time operations. This coolant device is capable of supplying coolant at a consistent concentration.
